Book review: “Queens” The Evolution of the Black Woman.

I am reading “Queens” The Evolution of the Black Woman. Loving it. The author, Collis Duhart Marrow, gives us from a man view-point, how beautiful and strong Black women is, and how important it is for her to come back to what she really is a Queen.
In the introduction the author calls the Black woman like their ancestors; to become powerful, strong and yet a woman. Beautiful and delicate. Full of confidence, but yet humble and loving enough to have her partner be pleased and proud of her. He appeals to our sense of dignity, to allow our selves to be exploited by the media.
“There’s nothing like an intellectual woman; I think a brain is so sexy. A woman who has wisdom is the ultimate gift from the”Most High”. (Collis Duhart Marrow) I love the way he elevates women, not by physical beauty but by her intelligence and her wisdom.
I am not done reading the book , wait for the second part of this review. Insha Allah.
I would like thanks Mr.Duhart for allowing me to interview him and get to know the hidden talent here in New Jersey.
